New website Launched- D'lish Bakery and Cafe- Chester VA

We are excited to announce the launch of our newest website, D'lish Bakery and Cafe. Featuring baked goods and cafe specialties; the new site serves as a resource for those looking for sweet treats or cafe favorites in the Chester and surrounding areas. Our goal while designing D'lish was to create a website that impressed the owners and visitors alike. We designed a fun, inviting website with interactive sections that are engaging and informative, while still maintaining balance between artistry and usability. Since D'lish has an active Facebook presence, we decided to feature the Activity Stream right on their website under Bakery News. That way, daily specials and news are written once to Facebook for those users, and consequently show up on the Bakery News page on the website. We have also designed a section called Fresh Baked, so D'lish can post holiday/seasonal featured specials. Best of all, unlike some restaurant sites, the menu is plain HTML text- no PDFs to download or Flash to load- which makes one of the most important features easy to access on mobile devices and iPads. It's also just quicker for people who want to check out the menu right away.
